All payments shall be processed through Go4support payment gateway.

TERMS OF REGISTRATION

For registering on Go4support, you are expected to follow the below mentioned steps:

You are required to fill out an on-line registration form on the Go4support website by giving information such as name, address, telephone, email address & other details to become a registered user of Go4support.
You should be 18 years of age or above at the time of registration.
You should be able to understand and comprehend English language.

A Registered User being a business entity / corporation/ legal entity, represents that

You have the requisite authority to enter and bind the respective entity to the Terms of Use;
The address You use when registering is the principal place of business of such business entity; and
All other information submitted to Go4support during the registration process is true, accurate, current and complete. For purposes of this provision, a branch or representative office will not be considered a separate entity and its principal place of business will be deemed to be that of its head office.

You, as a Registered User, may not sell, attempt to sell, offer to sell, give, assign or otherwise transfer an Account, User ID or Password to a third party without the prior written consent of Go4support. In addition, You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account, User ID and / or Password. Go4support may suspend or terminate the Account of a Registered User or the transferee of a Registered User in the event of a sale, offer to sell, gift, assignment or transfer in violation of this Clause and block access to all users from that IP address, immediately without notice. Furthermore, You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under Your account. You agree to notify Go4support immediately of any unauthorized use of Your account or any other breach of security. However, You could be held liable for losses incurred by Go4support or another party due to someone else using Your account or password. Go4support and/or Go4support will not be responsible, in any manner whatsoever, for any delay in delivery or non delivery of the content being sent and/or by received by You to or from any other mobile number(s).
You MUST provide correct/true information about Your profile.
Go4support also reserves the right to block Your messages if it finds any unsolicited material is found being sent from Your ID. Go4support shall not be liable for any damages alleged by any third party in respect of such unauthorized use of the Service by You.
You agree not to abuse Service privileges by any conduct on Your part which is detrimental or shall prove to be detrimental to the interests of Go4support, Go4support including, without limitation, attempting to earn money in a manner inconsistent with the rules of the Service, as envisaged herein.
By filling out the registration form You are applying to receive a service and You are also agreeing to receive advertisements on Your mobile phone, which may be sent to You. During sign-up, You will be asked to provide Your mobile number. A code will be sent in an SMS format to the mobile number that You typed in for verification purposes. It is mandatory that the number provided is indeed Your number. Go4support is not responsible if the mobile number entered by You belongs to someone other than You. You shall be personally liable in case Go4support and/or Go4support are made parties to a legal dispute involving incorrect mobile number provided by You to Go4support.

Send SMS – You can send SMS(s) to as many as mobile numbers at a given point in time. Every SMS that is meant solely for ‘people to people’ would contain Your mobile number and the 8 digit display name. ex 919899999989-<Display Name of chosen by the Sender>.
Subscribe to Content – To subscribe to this service, You have to use Your paid credits alone. However, You can also subscribe to promotional offers in such scenario the text alert will carry footer advertisement also.

SERVICE USAGE POLICY

You agree to abide by all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account, including the content of the messages transmitted through the service. The SMS service that sends/receives messages to/from mobile phones is maintained by TEAM go4support.com. The utilization of the SMS service is subject to the following Terms of Service.

Any illegal use of the SMS service is strictly prohibited.
Messages containing sexual, racist or discriminatory content or any such usage of them may be considered as harassment and you are to be held responsible for this. TEAM go4support.com does not assume any liability for the content of messages sent.
TEAM go4support.com will be exempt from any claim that may arise from third parties as a result of message content.
You guarantee that the content of any SMS always respects and does not in any way conflict with fundamental human rights or will follow the norms of Intellectual Property Right laws. (E.g. right to privacy, prohibition of discrimination on any ground such as sex, race, color, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin).
You accept that the service is provided for professional use only and you agree not to use it to:

Promote alcohol, music, dancing, dating, gambling or deception.

Harvest, or otherwise collect information about others, without their consent.

SMS messages submitted via Internet will be transferred to mobile network providers, provided that the recipient′s phone is switched on and doesn′t have a full memory and is located in an area covered by its subscribed mobile network provider. You acknowledge that, depending on the recipient′s mobile provider service, it may not be possible to transmit the SMS message to the recipient successfully.
You are responsible for the privacy and storage of the user-name and password. You agree that all activities made through your account are legally bonded to you.
TEAM go4support.com neither claims nor guarantees the availability or performance of this service and accepts no liability for transmission delays or message failures. While TEAM go4support.com makes every effort to deliver messages promptly.
TEAM go4support.com doesn′t refund the credits for undeliverable SMS messages to you because we cannot guarantee delivery of the SMS messages to recipients due to possible errors. TEAM go4support.com debits transmitted SMS messages according to its transmission logs. These logs are deemed correct and valid even if the customer has objected to the correctness of the accounting records, except if investigation by TEAM go4support.com has produced evidence of a technical problem or error.
TEAM go4support.com reserves the right to exclude you from using this service, refunding you any remaining amount in your account. All purchases must be considered as final, in compliance with our no refund policy.
The SMS account balance is non-refundable and does not bear interest. All the SMS must be used in the validity period from the date of the purchase and no carry forward of the credits will be made unless otherwise defined in a separate contract.
You under take the whole responsibilities regarding the messages sending through go4support.com services from your account, which are transmitted as per your request.
You shall indemnify and reimburse TEAM go4support.com all liabilities, costs, losses and damages, in case of any claim brought against TEAM go4support.com from any third party due to breach of contract.

SUBSCRIPTION

Subscription shall mean the access that You as a user would gain for the product or service for a fixed period of time (monthly / yearly / seasonal) . You will receive alerts to the services that you subscribe on payment of certain credits (as detailed on Go4support).

UNSUBCRIPTION OF A SERVICE

You, as the User, have the right to unsubscribe from any service at any time You so desire. However, upon activation of any service, the value from the Credits gets deducted immediately, which would not be reversed upon unsubscribing of the Service.

The Credits once deducted from Your account would not be reimbursed if You have started receiving the Service. However, if You unsubscribe the Service before the actual delivery of the Service, the Credits may be reimbursed into Your account after deduction of the applicable charges.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Go4support may terminate Your membership at any time immediately with or without cause and/or notice. Go4support reserves with it, the right to terminate this alliance / subscription/ membership with or without prior notice.

Upon any such termination or suspension, Your right to use Go4support′s website Go4support shall immediately cease.

If Go4support reasonably believes that an account, mobile number and/or Password is being misused in any manner as clarified below, it reserves the right to suspend, or terminate the Service and user accounts, prohibit access to the website Go4support, remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to block such users from Go4support.

You hereby agree to comply with all the laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to You as a User. You acknowledge that You shall only be entitled to the Service if and to the extent that such entitlement is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations. Go4support reserves with it the right to refuse enrollment to You, or to restrict, modify, or terminate Your entitlement to the Service, without liability to You or to any other party, if You violate any law, rule, or regulation, or if Your entitlement to the Service violates any law, rule, or regulation.

Go4support reserves the right to terminate or disable, at its sole discretion, any Service membership if it is of the belief that You have violated or acted inconsistently with these Terms of Use.

Go4support shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules and any decision it makes relating to termination of membership shall be final and binding. Should You object to any of the Terms of Use, or any subsequent modifications thereto, or become dissatisfied with the Service, Your only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in the website and properly terminate Your membership.

The User agrees that go4support.com can access his/her account, including the message content, as stated above or respond to product specific queries or technical issues.

The User hereby permits go4support.com to send him/her communication via email and/or SMS of any updates, upgrades, notices, or any other information that go4support.com deems important for the Users to know, relating to the Products and/or Services.

Also, go4support.com might send certain appropriate and/or contextual promotional messages to its Users, based on the User demographics, traffic usage etc.

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, the revised terms and conditions becomes effective, as soon as the same is posted on out site. Arbitration

Ltd.. (or its agents, suppliers, and subcontractors), pending the completion of arbitration. The language of Arbitration shall be English.

Governing Laws and Courts: Subject to Arbitration, the parties irrevocably agree and undertake that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our sites shall be adjudicated exclusively before a competent court in Delhi, India only. The terms and our sites shall be governed by the laws of India.

All payments due to Go4support in respect to the subscription shall be collected vide Go4support′s payment gateway. You shall have the option to pay vide credit / debit cards / online banking over a secure payment network. In a credit card transaction, You must use your credit card alone. Go4support shall not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability, if any, on the fraudulent use of Your credit card will be on You alone and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be Yours.
